Get to know your body at the comfort of your home through our 7 clases of breathework, stretching and at home resistance training. Each class consists of 5 minute breathework, 15 stretch, 45 min of localized resistance training. These classes are designed to help you understand your body and build strength.

Online mindful eating course with pescetarian and plant based ingredients
Join me in my kitchen and learn everything you need to know on how to buy, cook and meal prep your mostly plant based kitchen. Together we have over 200 nutrient dense recipes of breakfast, lunch, dinner, high protein snacks and sugar free desserts, as well as personalized attention from me.
